The aim of Directing Life Change is to offer useful and inspirational material generated by the significant life changes experienced by the people on the project.
Changes in the global economy means that opportunities and career routes, social life and personal life have changed dramatically.
How can you help support others?
Adult life changers and trainers can work side by side, find other adults in similar Life Change situations and bring them together to help find a way out.
In almost any community it is possible to find collective ways out. If the ways are not there, they should be created; if they are not good enough, they should be improved; if they do not work well, they should help to build further capacity.
Next Steps gives further food for thought through our DLC Guides for life change adults and trainers, and for institutions. In addition, we take a look at future Adult education practice and we share lessons learned from directing life change.
